Refunds, cancellations & access

1:1 mentorship and mock interview sessions

We sell live 1:1 sessions directly: a single 60-minute session for $200 USD, or a three-session pack for $500 USD. Payment is taken in advance through Stripe. A session is confirmed only after payment is complete.

Delivery. Sessions are delivered live over video call (Google Meet or Zoom) at the time agreed by email. You receive a calendar invite with the call link after payment, and a written feedback summary within 2 business days after each session. No physical goods are shipped.

Validity. Sessions in a three-session pack must be scheduled and used within 90 days of purchase. A single session must be scheduled within 90 days of purchase.

Rescheduling and cancellation

You may reschedule or cancel a booked session free of charge up to 24 hours before its start time by emailing info@aiinfraacademy.com.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time, and missed sessions (no-shows after 15 minutes), count as a used session and are not refunded.

If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will offer you a new time. If no new time works for you, we will refund that session in full.

Refunds

Single session. Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the session, or before you have scheduled it.

Three-session pack. Full refund if no session has been used. After one or more sessions have been used, unused sessions are refunded on a prorated basis ($500 ÷ 3, or $166.67 per unused session) when requested within the 90-day validity period.

Session quality. If a session is disrupted by a technical problem on our side or does not take place as described, tell us within 7 days and we will provide a replacement session or a refund for that session.

To request a refund, email info@aiinfraacademy.com with the name and email used for payment and the session date. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

Free resources on this website

The learning library is available online without a purchase or account. There is no payment to refund and no subscription to cancel. We do not sell subscriptions on this website.

Courses purchased on Udemy

Udemy handles checkout and course access for purchases made on its platform. Refund eligibility, payment-method restrictions, and processing are governed by Udemy’s applicable policies. Follow Udemy’s refund instructions to request a refund, or contact Udemy Support for billing and access issues.
