Information you provide

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include, such as your name, course questions, and correspondence. We use this information to respond, provide support, and address issues you report. Please do not email passwords, API keys, or payment card details.

Bookings and payments

When you book a 1:1 session, we collect your name, email address, scheduling preferences, and the background you choose to share, such as your target role, résumé, or interview goals. We use this to schedule and deliver your session, send feedback, and handle refunds and support.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment card details and billing information directly under its own privacy policy. We do not see or store your full card number. We receive payment records such as your name, email, amount, date, and payment status, and keep them for accounting and tax purposes.

Sessions take place on Google Meet or Zoom, which process call data under their own policies. We do not record sessions unless both parties agree in advance.

Website operation and preferences

Reading the free learning library does not require an account. Your light or dark theme preference is stored locally in your browser. You can remove it by clearing this website’s browser storage.

Hosting and content-delivery services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages or files, and request times to deliver content, maintain security, and diagnose errors. Some lesson images and videos are delivered through Cloudinary; loading that media sends a request to its servers.

Service providers and external websites

Information is processed through services needed to operate the website, deliver media, handle email, schedule and hold video calls, and process payments. We do not sell your personal information. External websites and model providers linked in tutorials operate under their own policies. Following a tutorial that uses an external AI service may require you to submit information directly to that provider.

If you purchase a course on Udemy, Udemy handles its account, checkout, and platform data under its own privacy policy. Udemy purchases are not processed by this website.

Retention and your requests

We retain correspondence as needed to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and meet applicable legal obligations. Technical records are subject to the operational retention settings of the relevant service providers.

To ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion, email info@aiinfraacademy.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Applicable legal obligations may require us to retain some information.

Changes and contact

We will update this policy when our services or data practices change, including before introducing accounts or new products.
