Before you book

Full details are in our refund and cancellation policy and terms of service.

Rescheduling
Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your session. Later cancellations and no-shows count as a used session.
Refunds
Full refund before your session starts (24-hour notice). Unused sessions in a pack are refunded on a prorated basis.
Expectations
Sessions are educational and advisory. We cannot guarantee interview outcomes, offers, or promotions.
Confidentiality
What you share stays private. Please don’t share your employer’s confidential information or NDA-covered interview questions.
